Educational Aids — Verify Before You Rely

ScreenPress’s calculators are learning and planning tools. They apply standard formulas and commonly cited screen-printing figures to the values you enter, so a result depends entirely on your input and on the assumptions built into a simplified model. Nothing on the Service is a certified substitute for your own ink manufacturer's technical data sheet or a test print. Before you commit a full production run based on a result — ink quantity, mesh count, cure settings, exposure time, or job pricing — confirm it works on a small test.

Description of Service

ScreenPress provides free, browser-based calculators and educational resources, including:

• An ink coverage calculator for plastisol, water-based, and discharge ink
• A mesh count selector by ink type and design detail
• A squeegee guide for durometer, edge profile, and attack angle
• A cure temp/time calculator for conveyor-dryer belt speed
• An emulsion exposure calculator using the inverse-square law
• A cost-per-print calculator with a suggested sale price
• Guides, explainers, and reference content on screen printing

All tools are provided free of charge. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Your Responsibilities
